A LED inside the power conditioner will flash six times rapidly when powering up, also when tuning changes. It will blink slowly in normal operation.

Remove power cabling and old mains plug and replace with IEC socket with proper cabling, including PE (protective earth, green/yellow wire) as shown. Picture also shows use of optional Leslie power relay to power up a 230V Leslie. A 240VA transformer is sufficient for B3- and A-100-type organs. If a 117V leslie is to be powered from organ's step-down transformer, a 400VA type is recommended.

Description

Frequency inverter/power conditioner with 60 Hz output, square or sine wave, noiseless. For US Hammonds to be used in Europe (50Hz) or on instable 60 Hz mains (accepts 40 to 400 Hz input), i.e. to stabilize organ tuning on mains from mobile power unit. Unlike the SQC-60 square wave version, the sine converter SWC-60 fits all electromagnetic Hammonds including those with self-starting motors (L-, H-, T-series). The square-output version SQC-60 has less output power, it fits all Hammond organs with start/run motor (A-/B-/C-series, M-series).

Combined with our optional controller unit the device offers tuning in cent or half note steps.

Crystal stabilized circuit, no deviation from set frequency. Simple installation, is looped into wires to run motor. Unique soft-start technology ensures proper starting even with weak start motors on 50 Hz mains: Frequency is raised smoothly from 50 to 60 Hz on start-up and locked.

Relay output (up to 10A/230V) to power up a Leslie along with organ.

Step-down transformer 230V/117V for organ required (not included) for use in Europe (230V mains). Recommended power rating 160 VA (organ) or 400 VA (organ and Leslie).
